New Addition

I have seriously neglected my blog in the last 7 months, in part because we have so many family and friends that are now on Facebook. However I understand there are still people out there that are not on Facebook that would also like to see updates on the Lings so I am going to try to make an effort to update it more frequently.

Shortly after my last post in September Aaron and I learned that we were going to have another addition to our family! Unfortunately in late October I also came down with H1N1 and was quite ill for a couple of months so we did not share the news openly until early this year when we knew the baby was healthy and well. We also learned the baby's gender early this year - a girl! This will be the first granddaughter on both sides of our family so everyone is really thrilled about the new addition. Evan is also really excited about being a big brother (we'll see if that continues AFTER the little one arrives)! He talks to my belly frequently and loves being able to feel her move around (which she is doing alot of these days).
